OVERVIEW
Odlamer or Odla Mer is swedish for ‘grow more’ - an app created with an intention to provide plant lovers a dedicated space to not only take care of their plants but also share their labor of love with a like minded community.
My work includes full stack design of the mobile platform for both iOS and Android, designing multiple end to end features that were driven by growth metrics and user feedback. Design to development was also an area I lead in collaboration with 3 lead developers on the team.

Odlamer was coined with an intention to create a space for plant lovers to not only take care of their plants but also be proud in showcasing their journeys - rather than the results. As a result, Odlamer can be perceived as Planta + Instagram where the passion for a green thumb continously thrives. The app has many features like Plant Scanner, Water Reminder, Plant Timeline and more.

Extensive Plant Timeline
The plant timeline was the main component that was targetted towards having users add and showcase the progress of their plants. In the generic view, the best stages of the plants are added either by internal users or external sources.
Intuitive Feature Awareness and User Feedback
Feature awareness and user feedback cards ensured visibility of new features and easily accessible user feedback. Placement of the cards paired with eye catching visuals amped user engagement up by 35% in 3 months.
Comprehensive Asset Curation
Reflecting on the plant timeline, there was a need to add a curated set of icons to reflect each possible state for an event. This resulted in a consistent and scalable experience across the timeline for the user.
End-to-end Feature Deployement
After the design of 7 main core features + end to end functionalities and rebranding of the overall app experience.
I also lead Product Management with a team of 3 senior developers with a comprehensive product roadmap and cross platform feature testing in order to launch 5 out of 7 features.
